Here's an updated picture of the playhouse with the rugs, chairs and stuff in it. :-)
Many of you have asked to see the playhouse Evan has been working on for a LONG time. He definatley out did himself in doing this. He had alot of fun doing this for the girls. And girls just LOVE it!

Real hardwood floors with a comfy loft.
I know... even a TV. :-)
We've had 4 kids up there in the loft at a time. That is where they like to hang out the most.

Even a skylight....

After receiving new earrings for Christmas from her Papa. She woke up the day after Christmas saying, "Mom, I'm ready!". So we went down to Claire's with her friend Emma Thornton and they both got them done. They were both unsure once they got in the chair but did great and are now little ladies. She loves them and reminds me several times a day to clean her them. She can't wait until she can take the studs out and wear dangly ones. :-) She is growing too fast!

Liz, Holly, Nicole, and I in New York last weekend for a day of fun, shopping.
So my favorite part of New York City is Central Park. Ahhh. It's so gorgeous and so HUGE. We only spent time at one end of it and enjoyed every moment. I took TONS of pictures. If you ever go...you have to spend at least the afternoon in the park. You won't regret it! :-)

We learned to really love the subway system. Ahhhh....our feet were killing from all the walking.

Rockefeller Center

We didn't have the time this year to go to a tree farm or mountains to find the perfect tree, but to go to a local tree lot and pick one out this year. The girls didn't care, they loved all the choices. We always set up the kids artifical tree in the familyroom, but this year we decided to get that real, fresh smelling tree for our media room. Nothing like the real thing! :-)

This is the beginning of a new day.
God has given me this day to use it as I will.
I can waste it, or I can use it.
I can make it a day long to be remembered for its job, its beauty, and its achievement;or it can be filled with pettiness and ugliness.
What I do today is important, for I am exchanging a day of my life for it.
When tomorrow comes this day will be gone forever, but Ishall hold something which I have traded for it.
It may be no more than a memory; but if it is a worthy one,I shall not regret the price.
I should like it to be gain, not loss; good, not evil;success, certainly not failure.
So here is a day and here am I.
God will not expect more of me than I am capable of giving, but he will expect my best.
There will be beauty and I must not miss it.
There will be cries of people in distress, and I must hear and answer.
There will be moments of temptation, but I must not yield nor be impulsive.
There will be opportunity for good, and I must be ready.
And then when night comes, may I look back without regret, and forward with a radiant spirit and a thankful heart.
